Directions to 325 Park Avenue. Take either the Long Island Expressway to Exit 51 or the Northern State Parkway to Exit 42 North. These are the exits for Deer Park Avenue (County Road #231). Take Deer Park Avenue North, pass the Dix Hills Fire Department building on your right, and bear left at the fork. Continue across Jericho Turnpike. At this point, Deer Park Avenue turns into Park Avenue. Continue north on Park Avenue and cross Main Street (Route 25A). Our building is located a quarter mile north of Route 25A, on the left, diagonally across the street from Huntington Hospital.
